Google Expanded Ads for Summer Camps
Back in April, Google Started testing out an expanded ad unit for AdWords that gave customers twice as much text as previously for their ads. The test fully rolled out in May and now all advertisers have access to fully expanded ads within their account.
You can see in the picture below how big of a difference it makes when you have much more text space! You now have 140 characters to get your point across in your advertising.

Much of this change was driven by the change Google made that eliminated right-hand side ads on desktop. Now that AdWord’s ads are consistent across mobile and desktop, there is more real estate available for text. This change is huge for summer camps as having access to 2x as much space will really help you get your message across, especially if you are a summer camp that offers many different programs, session lengths, types of camps, etc.
